Yummy!!!

Ok, so I have actually made one of these.  No more plain Caramel Apple...  You dip the yummy crispy green apple in caramel, let it cool a minute, then roll it in crushed Snickers bars, then drizzle (or cover:) with melted milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate.  Oh, it is so good.  By the way, you can't just bite into it.  Use a knife.  Once you cut into it, you have to eat the whole thing so the apple doesn't get all brown (not that it is really difficult to finish one.  They rock.  Try it, let me know if you get hooked!

Mmmmmmmm. I probably better not try those, just because I might get hooked. I'm not a huge fan of green apples, so if I did try it, I'd use a Fuji apple instead. Okay, I've talked myself into it. :)

I always say that I'm going to make these around Christmas time, and of course I never do. What kind of caramels do you use to melt? I bought one of these in Las Vegas ($9 later) and it was SOOOO good. I want one right now!!! --cheryl

I'd feel so guilty eating it, it looks too good. (not that that would stop me of course.) Thanks for the recipe!
